Osoha's staff is a team dedicated to caring for our campers in every way. They create an atmosphere in which learning is fun, friendships prevail and safety is foremost. Many of the counselors were former campers who return with the hope of creating the kind of magical summers for their campers that were created for them. It is through this legacy that the many traditions
that are the foundation of Osoha are able to live on. Linda, Robin and Ruth were campers and then counselors before becoming Osoha's Directors, so they bring many years of experience to their positions.
At Osoha, counselors have the dual role of being cabin counselors as well as activity instructors. The minimum age for a counselor position is 18, coupled with a year of college or something similar post high school.
The Osoha kitchen operates with a staff composed of a cook, baker and 5 or 6 "cookees" who are helpers beginning at age 15.
Our Health Center is managed by a licensed professional with a background of caring for children.
